For June, Filipino Heritage Month, let's celebrate the contributions of one of the largest-growing diasporas in Manitoba.
I was pleased to honour the 1st Filipino-Canadian elected to the House of Commons and former St. Vital resident, Dr. Rey Pagtakhan, with a park dedication in 2022.
