Gravel lane upgrades matter

Small but important gravel lanes matter, as Council approved a provision requiring apartment building developer (who commendably agreed with the condition) to pave the wretched gravel lane, running North/South, between Sherwood & Victory (west side of St. Anne's), to be used to access property.
