Green infrastructure! 2 blocks from City Hall on John Hirsch Place, some combined sewer GI work. Two Photos from the 2016 installation of underground cells with connection to the trees. Yesterday, flow monitors were installed. Thanks to the City’s “Women of Winnipeg Water and Waste Department” Cynthia Wiebe & Michelle Paetkau for the tour.
