In support of removing phosphorus from City wastewater but still have questions

On CTV last Thursday stating that in support of the City’s new push to remove phosphorus from wastewater bound for Lake Wpg ($130m), but I do have questions around the additional $190M projected cost increase at North End, attributed solely to “inflation”.
