June 4, 2022 Property and Development, Heritage, and Downtown Development meeting

At Planning Committee on June 4th, speaking in favour of planning guidelines for Glenwood to manage height, width, and design of new homes on lot splits with enhanced tree preservation. Work to promote permeable driveways to reduce rainwater runoff/sewer impact still to come.

On CTV discussing new planning overlay for Glenwood area enforcing height limits, tree preservation & side yard requirements. Some respect for Glenwood after years of lot splitting with no City plan. Still need to ensure permeable parking pads, so as to reduce runoff into sewers.
