Motion for funding to repair aging arenas and facilities was a success!

Pleased to get votes at yesterday's Council Meetings, to use $8m in budgeted “arenas” funding for repair & maintenance of City arenas, & some community centre rinks. We do NOT have $ to build new arenas, but this provincial money can fix up aging facilities.
