The Winnipeg Sun accurately quotes (again) my concerns with the excessive demands for government funding that were part of the Starlight proposal for Portage Place.

Bonivital Pool is getting major upgrades- $5.3M in the budget.
Bonivital Pool is a great, but ageing, amenity for St. Boniface and St.Vital. This pool modernization will complement the new Windsor Park library next door.
