Spoke at the Property Committee to highlight that City real estate requires aged gravel lanes to be paved by the purchaser when the City sells its own property (eg 37 Moore). This is in contrast with City planners' support for 4x the density on City gravel lanes, claiming they are “improved” like concrete.
