Recreational Strategy needs work

Spoke at committee yesterday on the draft Recreational Strategy. While I love the proposed spray pad at Norberry-Glenlee Community Centre & the $12M community centre for Sage Creek & Bonavista Residents Community Group; the overall $400M ($800M?) strategy needs work and a more realistic price tag. ⁦⁦
