Speaking at Finance Committee regarding lessons learned when it comes to sewage expenditures

Yesterday, I started the day appearing at the Finance Committee to speak to lessons learned from cost over-runs at the south end sewage treatment plant construction, namely let’s work with Manitoba Building Trades and get skilled labour in place from the start, at coming North End sewage bio-solids build.
