Transit Security Staffing

Very pleased to see Scott Gillingham take action on a transit security force, but frustrated that has been 10 years since Dan Vandal and I moved to get a review of “Transit security staffing” in other Canadian cities; a policy change which unfortunately was not endorsed by City Staff.
