I stopped by Windsor Community Centre's Annual Winter Carnival on Saturday. I was pleased to see two new city-funded projects; the ice-resurfacer project in foreground, and the new play structure in background (with the 2022 Mayes/Vandal rink boards in-between). A well used & well loved outdoor rink!
