Winnipeggers invited to provide feedback on draft lot-split guidelines: October 14, 2020

One of these streets is in St. Vita, City planners say it's a “grid street” where housing is past its useful lifespan and tear-downs and lot-splits are needed.

City planners deem the other street, a “new community”, lot-splits are NOT encouraged. We need a consistent approach to 1950-60’s areas.
